Returns policy

Please reach out to us at moto-club24@outlook.com within 4 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Please include in the email the following 

  • Your order number.
  • Photos, where relevant, of the issues.

What happens next?

  • If your return/refund request is confirmed, you will be able to return the items in their original packaging – A returns address will be provided to you. 
  • All return items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • We cannot accept worn, stained, damaged, or altered items. 
  • The return shipping cost will be at your own expense, unless the items is defective or incorrect.
  • We are unable to accept unconfirmed returns, so please don't send anything without a return / refund confirmation.

Can all items be returned?

  • Any return / refund requests sent more than 4 days from the date of receipt are no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Deliberately damaged items.

Refund

  • Once we have received the return item and are satisfied with the condition of the garment, we will return the money to the account used to pay for the order in the currency it was initially bought in. The refund will show within 5-10 business days from the time issued, but in some cases it can take up to 12 business days. 

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have once a return/refund request is confirmed, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
